The Express Shipping option is an additional cost of $9.99 in USA and $14.99 to Canada.

Pre-Orders

If an item is listed as pre-order it will not ship until after the specified estimated dispatch date. If your order includes in stock items and pre-order items, your order will not be sent until all items are in stock.

 

Shipping Delays

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of customs clearances, holiday periods or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for Express Delivery where possible. 

 

Lost Parcels

Hannah & Henry offers tracking for all orders, but can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with the relevant delivery service. 

If you have entered the incorrect address for delivery, your parcel will be delivered back to us, and we can re-ship to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
