Hannah & Henry accepts eligible change-of-mind returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition with labels and tags attached and must include proof of purchase. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer.

Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days after Hannah & Henry receives the returned item. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Yes. Hannah & Henry diaper bags include a 12-month warranty from the date the item is received.

Manufacturing faults are assessed individually and may be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the circumstances.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of materials through extended use.

If the warehouse has not already processed it, the team may be able to update the delivery address, phone number or email address, change an item color or style when the price is the same, or upgrade the shipping method.
